Lehi Legacy Center

After being cooped up in the house all winter I was getting cabin fever. So since there is not a lot to do other than play in the snow, which with a one year old lasts a whole 10 minutes, I decided to take Brinley swimming. I love the Lehi Legacy Center! Brinley loves the water and would just sit and watch all the kids playing. She kept wanting to go down the slide in the toddler pool since she saw the other kids doing it. She loved it! Swimming will definately be a pass time used more often (At least until I get too big)

Here is the newest addition to the Burrup Family. Justin and Stacy had their baby boy on February 18.. Isn't he adorable?

Our little nephew Jack Edward, was born on February 16.. We can't wait to see him and hold him. We are excited to have all of these little boys in our family to play together.

Coloring is Our New Favorite Pass Time..

Brinley has discovered that coloring is great fun!! She will go to the drawer where she knows the crayons are kept and say please until I let her draw. I will get out some paper and crayons and we will just sit there and color together. It definately keeps her busy, especially when we are visiting Darren's office.

Grandma Maughan Funeral

We went to Darren's Grandma's funeral on Saturday February 18th.. It was a beautiful service. There were a lot of people there, both family and friends. She was an amazing woman and will be missed.

It's a Boy!!

This afternoon we found out that we are expecting a little boy!! We are thrilled and Darren is beside himself with excitement. We are curious to see how Brinley will do with a sibling. She loves babies, but lets see what happens when it is living under the same roof. Everything looks good and the baby looks healthy. My due date is still set for July 5.. halfway there. It seems like it has gone by super fast... I just hope the last half is just as fast. We can't wait to have this new addition in our little family!

The Joy of Our Lives

Brinley is getting so big and is learning more and more everyday. It is so amazing to me that I have this little girl in my life. She is such a fun loving child. She loves to play with other kids. She is such a joy and blessing in our lives and we thank the Lord everyday for her.
